AccelerateCNY is the region's premier tech development conference for businesses, innovators and entrepreneurs to explore the latest trends in technology, manufacturing, energy and the environment. This year's expanded event featured a "Pitch-Fest" showcasing new technologies to the community, as well as connecting regional companies with investors from across the country.
The program kicked off with a continental networking breakfast, followed by educational workshops in four tracks: Accelerated Business Growth, Tech Innovation, Manufacturing Excellence, and a new "Pitch-Fest" track to showcase emerging technologies and products. Complemar Partners, Inc. Chairman, CEO, and President Christine B. Whitman presented the luncheon keynote, "Building an Innovation & Entrepreneurial Economy in Upstate New York." The format optimized both learning and networking. Workshops examined state-of-the-art tools to improve business and job performance in a setting where fast-track companies meet regional business leaders, outside industry experts, capital providers and resource organizations.
